Terms and Conditions for Cab Services
1.1. Booking and Payment
1.1.1. You must make a pre-payment of 50% of the total fare at the time of booking. Pay the remaining 50% at check-in.
1.1.2. You can make payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed methods.
1.1.3. We will issue a booking confirmation upon receiving the pre-payment.
1.2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
1.2.1. We may cancel any trip due to various reasons, including unforeseen circumstances. If the trip hasn’t started, we will issue a full refund. For partial usage, refunds will be made proportionately.
1.2.2. You must cancel at least 15 Das before the scheduled pickup Day to receive a full refund of the pre-payment.
1.2.3 Cancellations within 7 Days will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
1.2.4 Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
1.2.5. No refunds are provided for no-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled pickup time.
1.3. Vehicle Assignment
1.3.1. We may change or replace assigned vehicles based on availability. A vehicle of a similar category or higher will be provided.
1.4. Vehicle Condition and Usage
1.4.1. We ensure all vehicles are well-maintained and clean.
1.4.2. Use vehicles only for lawful purposes. Any damage caused due to misuse or negligence will be charged to the customer.
1.5. AC Usage
1.5.1. AC charges apply for low-altitude areas and are not included in the base fare. We will inform you of additional charges at the time of booking.
1.5.2. AC is strictly prohibited in hilly areas due to safety concerns. No additional charges will apply for AC in these areas.
1.6. Sightseeing and Additional Costs
1.6.1. Sightseeing is permitted only as per the itinerary discussed and agreed upon. Any additional stops or deviations will incur extra costs, payable directly by you, with no negotiation on these charges.
1.7. Late Arrivals and Departures
1.7.1. If you delay your arrival or departure from an airport, railway station, or hotel beyond the agreed time, you must pay extra charges or a fresh booking amount as per the conditions.
1.8. Driver Conduct and Responsibilities
1.8.1. Drivers will maintain professionalism and courtesy, and they are responsible for following all traffic rules and regulations.
1.8.2. The driver may refuse service if your behavior is inappropriate or if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
1.9. Jurisdiction
1.9.1. The laws of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, govern any disputes arising from cab services.

2.1. Booking and Payment
2.1.1. You must make a pre-payment of 50% of the total package price at the time of booking. Pay the remaining 50% at check-in.
2.1.2. Payments can be made through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
2.2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.2.1. We may cancel any tour due to various reasons, including unforeseen circumstances. If the tour hasn’t started, we will issue a full refund. For partial usage, refunds will be made proportionately.
2.2.2. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of 10% of the total package price.
2.2.3. Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the tour start date will receive a 50% refund.
2.2.4. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date will not be eligible for a refund.
2.3. Itinerary and Changes
2.3.1. Itineraries may change based on weather conditions, local regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2.3.2. We will communicate any major changes to the itinerary to you as soon as possible.
2.4. Accommodation and Meals
2.4.1. Hotels are assigned based on the budget category you choose. We are not liable if you deny the provided hotel or request a different property at the time of the trip. Any changes to the pre-decided property or new allocations will incur additional charges.
2.4.2. If you skip sightseeing, destinations, pre-decided accommodations, or meals, or book your own hotel, we will not be responsible. Extra charges will apply, and no refunds will be provided.
2.5. Liability and Insurance
2.5.1. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tour.
2.5.2. We advise you to have your own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
2.6. Conduct and Responsibilities
2.6.1. You are expected to adhere to local laws and regulations.
2.6.2. We reserve the right to remove any customer from the tour if their behavior is inappropriate or if they endanger the safety of others.
2.7. Additional Charges and Rate Changes
2.7.1. Advance bookings may be subject to rate increases due to high demand, limited availability, festivals, weather conditions, strikes, fuel price hikes, or route changes. In such cases, we may either cancel the trip or apply additional charges as necessary.
2.8. Children’s Pricing
2.8.1. Children aged 5 and above are considered adults for costing purposes and will be charged the full amount applicable.
2.9. Payment Terms and Service Suspension
2.9.1. If you do not meet the payment terms as per the agreed schedule, we reserve the right to stop the service immediately or file a complaint against the guest. This applies to both cab and tour services.
2.10. Jurisdiction
2.10.1. The laws of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, govern any disputes arising from tour packages.
