Thank you Bhaskar ji for providing a cab facility at the last moment. Due to Indigo flight issue, my existing cab booking from an online vendor was refused. This put me in great trouble as I had to travel back to Delhi from Mussoorie on 7-Dec-2025, with my wife and 3 year old kid.
At that critical time, I got in touch with Bhaskar ji from Siwalik Tours and Travels and he in one go arranged the cab for my travel without charging anything extra in this dire situation. While other cab agencies were busy in making extra money and charging 1.5x times extra.
I deeply appreciate his effort and concern and also the professional attitude with which he handled everything.
The driver that was provided by him, was quite good, had good knowledge of the road, drove the vehicle in a smooth and comfortable way. I had a nice, safe, hassle free ride back home.
I would recommend others to book their cab service and tours for North India and other trips.

Shivalik travels was the key factor in our CHARDHAM journey especially their drivers- Sanjeev & Arjun. They are really perfect for mountain roads. Very good judgement and safe driving. Gave us a sense of security. Along with these two, the whole Shivalik family were very polite and co operative. Our Tour was planned in a systematic way and got over without any hurdles. Stays and food were good too but definitely has a scope for improvement at some destinations. We enjoyed Pahadi meal on the way to Chopta at Pine-tree home stay . The owner is a great host and serves meals with lots of love .
